| 1 | • Design, supply, structural calculations, fabrication and erection (vertical column, horizontal ring beam, main steel Arch. inclined Arch. etc.) tensile structure roof with fabric (Serg Ferrari) with white colour / translucent tensile polyester fabric of 950 Gsm both side coated with PVDF coating lacquer system on both sides and with 15 years of warranty as specified in tender document, titaniumdioxide front side primer, low-wick, protected against microbal and fungai attack, UV-protected top coat of membrane type - 2 grade of required colour and shape and deign including necessary M. S. tensile steel structure of hollow pipe section, gusset plates, trusses, pipes, base plates, bolts nuts, screws etc. complete. • All the structural steel shall be furnished with acrylic polysiloxane coatings or epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint for high performance aesthetics and anticorrosion protection etc. all complete as specified and approved by Sansthan. • The complete structure shall be designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS: 875 (PART III), to accommodate thermal expansion and seismic movement, self load etc. • The rate shall include all design calculations, engineering drawings, structural, architectural drawings and slope drawing including approval from competent structural designer, material, labour, T&P, scaffolding other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary service all fitting fixtures complete as per technical specification. • For the purpose of payment actual surface area of fabric will be measured. • The offer should be inclusive of fabrication and supply of structural steel and cables fittings for the tensioned membrane structure. The structure shall be composed of the steel arches, pre-stressed cable systems as shown in the drawing holding the membrane. Membrane procurement, fabrication and installation with edge cable and tension accessories fittings and fixtures. The main supporting ring beams to be provided of necessary sizes as per the structural analysis and design.• The offer shall include cost of all material, labour, transportation, octroi, wastage, GST, all type of taxes is any and overhead charges etc. Testing charges of all tests on material and fabrication parts as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. • The contractor has to prepare the detailed structural drawing, detailed Architectural drawings, shop drawing along with the structural analysis & calculations.(Note: Detail specifications of the fabric is mentioned the tender document). |
| 2 | RCC Foundation, Sub-Structure, Pedestal / Column upto Ground Level: (Including Reinforcement Steel, RCC M25 Concrete, Form Work / Shuttering, Excavation, PCC etc. complete). • Excavation in all types of soils up to 2.0 to 2.5 Mtrs., including removing existing PCC / Tiling, Rubble soling, PCC & RCC Foundation & Column etc.• Providing & Casting Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M25, as defined by IS:456, using 20mm to 4.75mm size graded stone aggregates, natural sand, using super plasticizer, upto plinth, in foundations & pedestal / column etc. including machine mixing, laying, consolidating with approved type of vibrators, hacking, curing, making good stripped surface where necessary etc. complete, as directed by the Consultants / Sansthan, including the cost of all materials & labour, shuttering / formwork, PCC (1:2:4) & Reinforcement.• Size of PCC, RCC Foundation, RCC Column / Pedestal, Reinforcement steel dia. and Pedestal size and height shall be as per the design provided by Structural Engineer of the bidder.• Payment will be done as per actual executed number of foundations on site.• Repairing the damaged concrete and flooring around the excavated foundation and cleaning the flooring.• Makes of Cement & Reinforcement - As specified in the list of approved makes. |
| 3 | The entire tensile shed shall be provided with proper illumination lighting by providing appropriate led lights of 120 watts (highbay), two way warm lights on both sides of each column to enhance the look of shed, proper high standard heavy duty cables, proper casing for cables, MCCB, RCBO, Electrical Switches, Providing Light/fan points with FRLS wires and HMS PVC conduit pipe, Energy Saving High speed fans with Down Rod, 15 Amp. Power Points on both side of every Columns, MCB required for every Light/Fan control, Main Control Panel with Cable from existing Panel, required Nos. of Maintenance free earthing etc. complete.
