Bids Are invited for Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Industry Unit; Contract For Miscellaneous Track Maintenance Work For Rcf Thal Railway Yard; As Per Scope Of Work - Schedule – A –01- Inspection And Checking- Inspection Of The Yard B.G.Tracks,Points And Crssings,Tracks Having Check Rails ,In Loading Platforms As Per The Railway Standrad Norms And Safety Point Of View Like Gauge Xls,Alignment Etc & To Check The Core Parameters Of The Track By An Experienced Person Having Apprppriate Knowledge Of Track Technology.(Lumpsum Charges) , Schedule – A – 02 - Inspection And Checking-To Identify The Defects In The Above Tracks & Also Plan Rectification Of The Same At Apprppriate Time To Maintain The Tracks Within Safe Workinng Parameters.(Lumpsum Charges) , Schedule – A –03- Inspection And Checking-To Inspect And Replace Missing Keys/Cotters And Also Tighten Loose Fittings Of The Entire Yard Track Portion Including Points And Crossings.(Lumpsum Charges) , Schedule – B –01- Preventive Maintenance- Through Packing ( Including All Operations As Mentioned In The Irwwm) Of The Track As Per The Schedule Drawn By Enineer Incharge , Schedule – B –02- Preventive Maintenance- Picking Up Slacks ( Need Based Maintenance) Of Track As Per The Site Conditions Approved By Engineer Incharge , Schedule – B –03- Preventive Maintenance- Adjustment Of Creep By Proper Survey And Pulling Back Rails And Provision Of Adequate Gaps In Rail Joints As Per The Railway Standards & Tightening Of All Fittings. , Schedule – B –04- Preventive Maintenance- Overhauling Of Track At Planned Locations By Screening, Removal Of Muck, Keeping Proper Drainage Chamber, Making Up Cess, Packing And Correcting All Track Parameters To Working Tolerance Limit. , Schedule – B –05- Preventive Maintenance- Cutting & Removal Of Wild Vegetation Like Bushes, Tall Grass, Creepers, Etc From The Ballast Portion Of Track And Disposal Of The Same Within Factory Area As Directed By The Engineer Incharge At Site. , Schedule – B – 06 Preventive Maintenance- Overhauling Points & Crossings By Shallow Screening With Proper Drainage Chamber & Correction Of Track Core Parameters To Maintenance Limits, Removal Of Bur And Correction Of Clearance At The Appropriate Locations. , Schedule – B – 07- Preventive Maintenance- Overhauling Of Level Crossing Including, If Necessary , Chanhing Worn Out Blocks, Bolts & Insuring Proper Drainage And Packing Of Sleepers And Correction Of Clearaness As Per Railway Standards. , Schedule – B –08- Preventive Maintenance- Overhauling Of Hand Points By Oiling & Greasing Of The Switch Portion And Handlever Assembly Box-Rodding, Etc Correcting Clearness In Switch & Crossing Assembly By Proper Use Of Spherical Washers. Removal Of Bur In Switches And Crossings And Maintenance Of Gauge And Cross Level At Maintenance Tolerances , Schedule – B –09- Preventive Maintenance- Overhauling And Lubrication Of Rail Joints By Proper Un-Fishing Of Joints & Applying Lubricant At The Fishing Plates Of Rails And Fish Plate And Shanks Of Bolts And Tightening The Same Rails Of Any Section 90 Ib /52 Kg. , Schedule – C – 01- Need Based Works- Cutting Of The Rails Of Any Section To A Proper Profile Using Hand Driven Rail Cutting Machine Or Power Propelled Machine Either Or Cess In Track As Per Site Requirements , Schedule – C –02- Need Based Works- Drilling Of Holes In Rails Of Required Size & To Correct Dimension As Per Requirements ( Either On Cess/ Section) For Fish Plate / Tie Bars , Etc.With Hand Ratchet Or Power Propelled Machines. , Schedule – C –03- Need Based Works- Replacement Of Broken/ Damaged/ Worn Out Rails In Track With New Rails Or Track / Stock Of Appropriate Length Of B.G.Plain/Points And Crossings/ Curved Track With All Fittings And Fastenings. , Schedule – C –04- Need Based Works- Replacement Of Worn Out / Damaged Switch ( Tongue Rails) Including Fastenings Like Strecture Bars, Bolts Etc With New Switches Or The Switches Obtained From Existing Track / Stock Of Like Materia;Ls And Ensuring Proper Housing Of The Replace Switches. , Schedule – C –05- Need Based Works- Replacement Of Worn Out / Damaged Crossings Or Any Angle With New Crossing Or The Crossings Obtained From Existing Track / Storkc Of Appropriate Angle With All Fittings And Fastenings And Maintenance Of Proper Clearances As Per Indian Railway Schedule Of Standard Dimension. , Schedule – C – 06- Need Based Works- Replacement Of Existing B.G. Track Sleepers ( Wooden / Steel/ Mbc/Cst-9) With New Sleepers Or The Sleepers Obtained From Existing Track / Stock ( Cst9/ Steel/Through Wooden / Mbc With All Fittings And Fastenings To Correct Guage & Squaring. , Schedule – C – 07- Need Based Works- Replacement Of Existings Crossings Slippers Of Any Size With New Sleepers Or The Sleepers Obtained From The Existing Track / Stock Of Appropriate Dimension & Drawing With All Fitting And Fastenings To Correct Guage And Squaring. , Schedule – C – 08- Need Based Works- Loading , Lifting Of Stone Ballast From Cess/Depot & Spreading It On The Track To Appropriate Profile As Directed By Engineer Incharge. , Schedule – C – 09- Need Based Works- Supply Of Labour(Unskilled Manpower) Required For Attending Works Not Covered In Above Items ( 1 Manday = 8 Hrs Working Of One Worker) During Any Shift Or Round The Clock.
