| 1 | Disconnecting the existing incoming & outgoing connections and inspection, servicing, overhauling, testing, checking and calibration of VCB panel, 11 kV, vertical or horizontal isolation, installed with VCBs and connected relays/ accessories including servicing, cleaning, tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing, inspection of busbar, CTs/PTs, internal wiring of control panel, indicators, measuring of IR value, calibration of IDMT relays, replacement of unserviceable spare parts, testing of tripping system, to maintain desired insulation level of each panel and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by mechanical means including testing complete all as specified and as directed the followings: -(a) Cleaning of Vacuum Circuit Breaker with CRC-226.(b) Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease(c) To check the condition of SIC contacts.(d) Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact.(e) Checking and proper tightening of hardware.(f) Checking of proper closing/ open of all poles.(g) Checking of breaker tripping through push button.(h) Checking and adjusting gap between hylem sheet and side plate.(i) Checking motor operation in case of EDO.(j) Checking auxiliary contacts continuity proper change over.(k) Checking of presence of circlips.(l) Checking IR between phase to phase (VCB closed condition).(m) Checking IR between phase to earth (VCB closed condition).(n) Checking IR between phase to earth (VCB open condition).(o) Cleaning and providing lubricants on movable mechanical parts.(p) Testing of relays through secondary injections.(q) Tripping of VCB through Buchholz relay/ OTI/WTI if required.(r) Testing of CTs and PT.(s) Testing of contact resistance of VCBs(s) Contact resistance Test (CRM) testing of VCBs.
