| 1 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of PSA based 1500 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant including its all allied electrical equipments like electrical panel 02 no, change over panel 02 no, cables etc for 01 year. The job includes servicing and maintenance of Screw compressors 02no by way of Air filter change Oil filter cleaning/change compressor cleaning, Oil separator cleaning/change, Compressor oil change, Compressor motor greasing, Un-loader kit and MPV kit change ( if required), Coupling assembly check and replacement (if required) Internal hose pipe check and replacement (if needed), air separator cleaning/change, rectifying compressor electrical faults, Check for air losses of Desiccant air dryers by way of Cleaning Dryer, Checking auto drain valve, Refrigerant level check and top up( if required), checking/repair of mufflers, Check for leakage of In-line filters by Checking filter functioning, Filter element replacement, Auto drain valves checking, Check for leakage for Carbon filters, Filter element replacement etc. Complete check of PSA plant by PLC panel cleaning, UPS checking, Analyzer cleaning and checking, Sensor calibration checking and change (if required), Molecular sieve level check, OEM recommendations (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Annually), Cleaning of air and oxygen tank from outside, Cleaning and checking safety valves for any leakages. CAMC also includes repairs/replacement of any part of OGP which may develop defect to make it functional up to the standard of OEM. The job includes the cost of site visits, cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. |

(Salary / Wages to the Operator shall be paid strictly as per existing Labour Laws with Minimum 15000/person) |
| 3 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Operation of 250 KVA DG Set 02 nos along with AMF Panel at 1500 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant for 01 year at District Hospital RAMBAN by way of Complete servicing of 250 KVA DG Set 02 nos draining of engine oil after opening the drain plug, cleaning the chamber and tightening of plug. Replacement of lube filter-1 nos., fuel filter-2 nos, by-pass filter-1 no, and air filter both primary and safety/secondary (including O-Rings/gaskets as required). Re-Filling of the engine oil by way of providing and filling/topping of Engine Oil thereby ensuring recommended oil level with the help of dip stick/gauge. Servicing of radiator by way of draining of all the coolant mixture by removing pipe/plug, cleaning of coolant tank, outer cleaning of fins, tubes and radiator fan with low pressure hot water and detergent/caustic soda and also by way of blowing compressed air, thereafter refilling of drained coolant mixture after its filtration and topping by way of providing and filling of 05 Liters of coolant (with corrosion inhibitor properties). The job also includes checking /servicing of alternator for its smooth functioning. Fastening of all nut-bolts, clamps and checking of electrical connections. Lubricating/oiling of Fan pulley, Generator drive assembly and other associated parts to remove any friction and avoid rusting and unforeseen allied jobs. The Job also includes cost of material used, transportation charges, labor charges, HSD required for testing and all other kind of taxes there off and testing on no load and full load. Providing and Fitting 02 Nos. batteries for DG set 250 KVA having requisite capacity & standard Make Exide / Amaron / Luminous / Tata with battery terminal clamps and battery leads/battery connecting cables. Job includes cost of material, transportation charges and all other kinds of taxes thereof. Complete Job in all respects as per site requirement. CAMC also includes repairs / replacement of any part of DG Set and AMF Panel which may develop defect to make it functional. The job includes the cost of site visits, cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. |
| 4 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 250 KVA Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) 02 nos at 1500 LPM (02 skids of 750LPM each) Oxygen Generation Plant for 01 Year at District Hospital Ramban by way of checking power transformer, rectifier circuit, filter circuit, voltage regulator circuit, Air circuit breaker and allied parts of change over panel for any fault. CAMC also includes repairs/replacement of any part of AVR along with Control/Change over which may develop defect to make it functional including topping/filling of the T-Oil and Aluminium Cable if required during the CAMC Period. The job includes the cost of site visits, cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. |
| 5 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Medical Gas Pipeline System at 1500 LPM (02 skids of 750LPM each) Oxygen Generation Plant for 01 year at District Hospital Ramban by way of Servicing/repairing of the vacuum pumps 02 Nos of 149 CFM capacity Make 7.5HP), Servicing / repairing of 02 Nos 3 cylinder, 2 stage reciprocating air compressor, Servicing/repairing of the air dryer controller 01 - 30 CFM. Minor repairs of MGPS by replacement of damaged flow meters, ward vacuum units, gas outlet points, leakages in pipeline, repair/replacement of saddles, damaged pipeline, pressure regulating valves, solenoid switches, pneumatic valves, replacement of damaged pig tails of MGPS and allied works. Job also includes repair of gas alarm system and replacement of defective valves of assorted sizes. CAMC also includes repairs/replacement of any part of MGPS along with Control/Change over which may develop defect to make it functional. The job includes the cost of site visits, cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. |
