2Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.
3Providing and laying lime concrete bed with 20mm to 25mm thick brick blast mixed with 50% lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1 U/lime ,1 surkhi ,1 Sand )after compacting of loose soil, including beation and ramming for finishing the top surface and adding adhesive material comlete with in 500m lead and lift of approx 5 to 10 m
4Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
5Provision for underpinning in RR hard stone in superstructure above plinth level with lime mortar (1:1:1) and stone aggregate 20 to 40 mm nominal size for leveling of the coarses of masonry to match the original including supply of all material,T&P and required labour to complete the work upto lead 500 mtr and lift 5 to 10 mtr.
6Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar
7Recessed pointing the R.R. stone masonry in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime, 1 Surkhi, B.P. Sand) including racking out the joints, cleaning and washing the joints with adhesive materials such as Gur, Belgiri, Gum including Carriage of Water and Materials within a lead up to 300 M approx.
8Providing 50 to 70 mm thick plain/curved lime plaster on walls in 3 coats 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi: 1 c.sand) including racking, and washing the joints very carefully including carriage of material from a distance of 500 mt lift/down of 5 to 10 mt.\\"
9Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.
10Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
11Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
12Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
13Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. 2.28.1 All kinds of soil
