Name of Work:- NCTPS - II- M-I Circle – MPM – Unit-II Corner-2 Replacement / Rectification of worn-out fuel inlet elbows along with shutoff gates, special bends and orifice by dismantling & lowering to boiler floor, aligning and reassembling the rectified fuel inlet elbows along with shutoff gates, special bends and line orifices in boiler corner 2 and normalizing during annual overhauling for the year 2026-27.

1Charges for dismantling the fuel inlet elbow, shutoff gate, providing temporary supports to arrest the coal pipe, lifting, and lowering the fuel inlet elbow & shutoff gate to boiler floor for coal nozzle work, assembling the new / released fuel inet elbow along with shutoff gate and normalizing, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps.
2Charges for dismantling the special bend, providing temporary supports to arrest the coal pipe, lifting, lowering the special bend to boiler floor for coal nozzle work, re assembling the new /released special bend to fuel inlet elbow including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps.
3Charges for rectification of shut off gate assembly by releasing the gate from fuel inlet elbow, dismantling the gate internals, overhauling of gates and assembling the gate, checking open & close operation and refixing into rectified fuel inlet elbow including T&P and cost of consumables.
4Charges for replacement wornout line orifice at boiler corner by providing necessary scaffolding; supporting and arresting the coal pipes on either sides of the line orifice and / or victaulic coupling; dismantling and lowering of the worn-out orifice and / or victaulic coupling; leading, lifting and reassembling of new / released & rectified orifice and / or victaulic coupling with gasket; and positioning intact with coal pipes and releasing of supports and scaffolding materials, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T& Ps.
