Name of Work:- REP/ MAINT TO DG SET AND ALIGNED WORKS AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA (8492/E8)
Sl. No. Item Description
1Repair / Servicing / Overhauling to carry out maintenanace of diesel engine driving generating set of capacity 05/10/15/25 KVA, Type TA 2 ( Make-Kirloskar/Mahindra ) . Checking throughly the Generator and finding out its faulty/defective parts and complete servicing /replacing defective spares of the DG set including labour for replacement of defective spares as required to make the DG set functional in all respect. After Repair/Servicing /Overhauling of the DG Set testing will be carried out upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Common Note for Repair / Servicing / Overhauling items of the Schedule item no 1.00 ,2.00,3.00,4.00,5 .00, 6.00,7.00Note:-(i) Contractor has to collabrate with \\"Kirloskar Bandhan\\" For One Year Service Package (Four Visits qtrly based Dry-02 Wet-02 alternate) from KOEL CARE after acceptance of contract for Repair/Servicing /Overhauling Note:-(ii) All Repair/Servicing /Overhauling works under this contract must be carried out by Kirloskar Trained Service Engineers from Local Autorised Kirloskar Care Service Centre & Spare Dealership to have a quick /urgent hastle free service to restore the system in minimum time frame not more than 24 Hrs.If system breakdown not restore within 24 Hrs then Penalty at the rate of Rs 5000 Per Hour will be recovered. Note:- (iii) Spares required for Repair/Servicing /Overhauling for item no 1.00 to 07.00 will be issued under Supply only in replacement items as mentioned in BOQ from sl no. 22 to 151.Note:- (iv) The Item 1.00 to 07.00 Includes following a) Labour Charges/ tools/gauges required during repairs/overhauls b) Labour charges for all unlimited Breakdown Complaints related to Genset for a period of one year c) Preventive Maintenance four visit in a year (qtrly based ) to carry out Inspection of DG sets Note:-(v) The Minor Brakdown Complaints will be attended within four Hrs & should be rectified within 24 Hrs by Trained Service Engineers.Note :-(vi) The Spare Parts used for work under contract must be original / recommended by Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) .

(b) The Rate includes taking out spare from the DG Set ,transportation to Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) repair workshop , carrying out repair, overhaul, calibration , transportation back from workshop for fixing the same on the DG Set and testing the DG Set complete till satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge(c) Contractor Should submit Test & Calibration Report obtained from the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM)/ recommended by OEM Service Centre after overhaul,calibration carried out for FIP & Injector pressure testing duly signed by (OEM)/ recommended by OEM Service Centre & Engr-In- Charge
