Remark-29.The Purchaser Shall Indemnify The Railway Unconditionally Against All Liabilities, Claims, Losses, Damages, Penalties, Or Costs Arising From The Dismantling Operations, Including Personal Injury, Death, Or Property Damage. 30.The Structure Shall Be Electrically Isolated (De-Energized), And A �Safety Certificate For Work� To Be Issued By The Concerned Railway Electrical Department Before Commencing The Dismantling Work. 31.A Minimum Clearance Distance, As Specified By The Railway Engineering Department, Must Be Maintained Between The Dismantling Site And The Nearest Running Track/Live Electrical Equipment. No Equipment Or Material Should Infringe Upon The Prescribed Schedule Of Dimensions. 32.Quantity Is Calculated On Approximation Basis. Bidder Is Advised To Visit The Lot Before Bidding. 33.
