| 4 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted outdoor type AC Distribution Board (ACDB) with TYPE-1 (Class B SPD) suitable for 415V ±10%, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50Hz AC supply complete with all components, wiring, busbars, indications and accessories as required. The panel shall be fabricated from CRCA sheet steel, dust and vermin proof, powder coated, suitable for outdoor operation and conforming to relevant IS/IEC standards.The ACDB shall be provided with one no. 630A, 4 Pole MCCB incomer, thermal magnetic release type, breaking capacity 36kA, complete with operating mechanism and suitable aluminium busbar arrangement of 630A capacity. The panel shall consist of suitable phase and neutral busbars, earth bar, interconnections, control wiring, cable alley, gland plates and adequate space for termination of incoming and outgoing cables completed all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-charge. |
| 5 | The panel shall be equipped with the following measuring and indication instruments:a) Digital Multifunction Meter (Elite-448 or approved equivalent) for measurement of Current, Voltage and Auxiliary parameters.b) Metering CTs of ratio 600/5A, Class-0.2, VA-15 suitable for multifunction meter-03c) R-Y-B phase indication lamps with 240V AC LED type indications.d) Neutral indication lamp.e) 6A SP MCB for control circuit protection-06f) Rotary selector switch for voltmeter indication.g) Internal panel lamp with switch.h) Exhaust fan with limit switch for ventilation.j) 5A socket with switch for maintenance purpose.k)Terminal blocks, control fuses, ferrules and wiring accessories complete. |
| 6 | The panel shall be complete with:a) 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire Aluminium busbars.b) Tinned copper control wiring with proper ferruling.c) Cable termination suitable for aluminium/copper cables.d) Earthing terminals and earth continuity.e) Powder coated enclosure with proper locking arrangement.f) Danger notice plate and identification labels.g) All internal interconnections and hardware.NOTE:(i) The panel shall be manufactured using approved makes such as ABB / L&T / Legrand / Schneider for switchgear, Secure / Elite / Schneider for meters and reputed makes for accessories as approved Engr-in-charge.(ii) The complete ACDB panel shall be tested at manufacturer works for insulation resistance, continuity, functional operation and routine tests as per IS/IEC standards before dispatch. The job includes supply, erection, testing and commissioning complete in all respects as required at site. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing maintenance-free chemical earthing comprising 17.2 mm dia × 3.0 m long copper-bonded steel earth electrode installed vertically with 50 kg conductive backfill compound complete with HDPE/GI earth pit chamber, RCC/CI cover, watering arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and identification plate. Connecting the electrode to EV charger/ACDB panel/ Class- B SPD through suitable size earth conductor/strip with all clamps, lugs and anti-corrosive treatment. Complete with excavation, backfilling, testing and commissioning, conforming to IS 3043 and CEA Regulations, achieving earth resistance not exceeding 1 ohm or completed all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-charge. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing of 3-phase, multifunction digital energy meter, Class 1.0 accuracy or better, suitable for EV charger energy monitoring, complete with LCD display, kWh measurement, RS485 Modbus communication, mounting arrangement, terminations, testing and commissioning, including all accessories required for complete installation and satisfactory operation completed all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-charge. |
| 9 | Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of complete Lightning Arrester comprising of 25 mm dia × 300 mm long G.I. Air Terminal mounted on 85 mm dia × 6 mm thick G.I. base plate, providing and fixing 20 mm × 3 mm G.I. strip as down conductor in horizontal and vertical runs with suitable G.I. saddles, clamps, connectors, nuts, bolts and all necessary fixing accessories, providing G.I. Test Link/Test Block for periodic testing, complete G.I.
