The unit shall be of heat pump type, air cooled, factory fabricated and factory assemble and shall be capable of providing both cooling/ heating complete with indoor and outdoor units etc as per specifications given below:- |
| 2 | Design, supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of variable Refrigerant Flow air cooled Outdoor units of Minimum capacity 24 HP suitable for cooling and heating system suitable for year round air conditioning of temp bldg with Asbestos roof and ceiling at Shooting Node of size length 36.77 RM, Width-11.04 RM & Height-3.63 RM as scope given under to maintain inside temp DBT 22+3º and RH (50 + 10%) and occupancy strength 60 to 70, Lighting Load 5.20 KW & eqpt load 6.50 KW and outside condition of Ambala Cantt as per IMD record. having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll/ Twin rotary Compressor(s) with advanced EVI Compressor Technology, PCB with IP55 Protection, microprocessor based controller, Side/Top discharge type condensing units with R410 A refrigerant, vibration isolators with suitable foundation etc complete as required. Each Outdoor unit whether used individually or in module should have a double compressor. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at 43 Deg C conditions and work even at 56 Deg C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400 V+/-10% 3 phase, 50 Hz AC power supply. The Outdoor units shall have a minimum COP of 3.1 at 100% loading in cooling mode & ISEER of 6.5 at ARI/AHRI Conditions complete all as specified as directed. |
| 3 | Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of following minimum capacity of 8.0TR High Static VRV/VRF Packged Floor Mounted Type Indoor floor mounted unit with complete support on the floor etc equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve ,outer cabinet, drain pump grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation,Cordless remote control etc suitable for operation on 230 V +- 10% 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified as directed. |
