| 1 | Servicing of tower /cassette AC/Ductable type split AC/package type AC/Clod storage of capacity 3/3.5/4.5/8.5 of any make at different locations at Subroto Park, testing the unit complete with the following tasks:-(a) Complete servicing/Cleaning.(b) Inspection opening washing the condenser coil and cooling coil with chemical followed with pressurized water jet complete.(c) Inspection of leakage of refrigerant in the system(d) Checking the operation of blower motor, condenser motor and swing motor for noise free operations.(e) Oiling of condenser/blower motors and checking the earth continuity.(f) Inspection of all electrical parts/connections and remove if any defect.(g) Checking the functional of electronic remote control unit to ensure satisfactory functioning of unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.Note:-(a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.(b) Repeated complaints of same air conditioner will not be measured again and no extra payment will be made.(c) Rate of visit against repeated complaint deemed to be included in the rate quoted above.Note - The contractor to maintain the job card of each AC having complete details of each AC & Schedule of repair & servicing, the format of job card to be approved by Engineer in charge. |
