| 14 | Note (For Srl Item No 11 to 13 above):-The comprehensive maintenance will also include checking entire system as per manufacturer's maintenance manual such as checking all parts for serviceablility, repairing / replacement/ adjustment of the following : - (a) Repair/replace all wire ropes, pully and chains (where fitted) as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety, to equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cable with all fitting like pully etc and hoistway and machine room elevator wiring. (b) Examining, adjusting and repairing Machine Worm Gear, Thrust Bearings, Drive sheave, Drive sheave bearings, Brake Contact, Linings and components.(c) Examining and repairing Motor, Motor Generator, Motor Windings, Rotating Elements, Commentator, Brushes, Brush Holders, Bearings, Coils, Resistance for operating and Motor circuits, Magnet Frames and other Mechanical parts. |

| 16 | (h) Examining and repairing Interlocks on Hoistway door, Hoistway door hangers, Guides, Automatic Power operated door operator, Car door hanger, Car Door contact , safety shoe, load weighing equipment , Car Frame, Car safety mechanism and platform. (i) Providing lubricants compounded to respective OEMs stringent specifications. (j) Examining periodically all safety devices and governors and make all customary safety tests. (k) All repair/ replacement of items except mentioned in schedule BOQ to make lift serviceable with all safety measures will be part of AMC and no extra cost will be paid to contractor.(l) Contractor should submit the MoU/Company Issued documents from OEM for AMC PLATINUM PLAN for payment purpose. |
| 17 | PENALTY CHARGES (For Srl Item No 11 to 13 above):-(a) Within 14 days of date of commencement mentioned in work order No 1, contractor shall ensure that all the lifts checked by the rep of respective OEM for comprehensive maintenance testing and system should be in working condition, all the parts of the lift should be in good conditions and a certificate to this effect shall be submitted by the OEMs and further submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) On breakdown of the lift, action for rectification of defect/fault by the OEM within 12Hrs, if not attended the complaint penalty @ Rs 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor.(c) If lift not made serviceable within time mentioned in above mentioned (b) point, the contractor should submit OEM report for delay to make lift serviceable along with duration for the unserviceability due to technical reason, otherwise penalty of Rs 2000.00 Per day will be recoevered from contractor for unserviceability of lift. |

| 19 | Material and labour for dismantling the UNSV lift fan (8/10/20 passenger existing lifts)/ Exhaust Fan after disconnecting the electric connection and taking it to workshop for repair/replacement of UNSV parts including winding to make it serviceable and reinstalltion including testing complete all as specified and directed . |

| 22 | Taking down lift motor from the lift room installed at different location of HQ WC bldg to carryout repair/rewinding. Shifting motor to authorised repair workshop of co-partner of lift make ; thyson or OEM of motor. Disconnection of all incomming electrical connection, cutting of burnt/ unsv winding coil. Rewinding of 3 phase induction motor 7.5 HP 4pole 1450 rpm, 36 slot, pitch 1-7-9 turn 15-30 with super enamelled 'H' class heavy duty 2 SWG copper super insulated double enamelled wire mechanical strengthened with double vacume pressure impregnation (VPI) to withstand high starting torque and vibration. The winding shall be carried out to withstand vibration voltage and to controlled by VVVF drive smootholy. All other technical or mechnical items required to made the motor fully workable considering other parameters such as speed of motor, gearless technology , coil set 2 total set 12 and deltaconnection . All as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : After repair/ replacement of rewinding motor, the contractor shall submit inspection report carried out by company representative before the lift made functional. |
