Name of Work:- Special repair, improvement and Operation & Maintenance of Semi-Permanent Jetty No.-3, including construction of brick paved pilgrim road - 6 on the left bank of River Muriganga at Lot-8 in P.S.-H.P. Coastal under Kakdwip Irrigation Division i.c.w. G.S. Mela-2027.

9Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
10Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

15Labour for hoisting and placing in proper position (up to 1st floor level) departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles. Tees, plates etc. including fitting and fixing same with bolts and nuts, if necessary (but excluding cost of such bolts and nuts) for Kakdwip.
16Supplying Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed.a) 15.00 cm.av.DiaNote: Diameter of pile to be measured at a distance of 1.5m from the thicker end.
17Labour for driving Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in all sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles.a) 15.00 cm.av.DiaNote: Payment to be made on the length driven into the ground. Diameter to be measured at 1.5m. from the thicker end.
18Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bullah wailing pieces and cross pieces etc. complete with cost of all materials and carriage to site.(a) Width of thinner end above 10 cm. and less than 15 cm. (i) Jhaw / Eucalyptus.
19Coal tarring with 5% pitch including cost of material and labour complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-chargeb) Two Coat
20Supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm. diameter and upto 7.5 cm. diameter. (Dia. to be measured at mid length).
21Driving bamboo pins in standing or flowing water including scaffolding and driving appliances.a) where boats are not necessary
22Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bamboo wailing pieces (av. dia. of bamboo not less than 5.0 cm.)
23Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land, including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, channels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of E) Beyond 4.00 Km and upto 5.00 KmNB: Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / pre-post work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking.Note 1: Extra rate towards compensation for earth for land owned / arranged by the contractor over rate of earthwork for land owned / arranged by the Department has been added in this derivation @ ₹43.00/m³ [Vide Ref: Page No: 87, Item No: 16(Note) of NH Schedule of Rates 2019]Note 2: The rate of royalty for earth/soil/fine sand/silt used for filling/brick making ( including such materials derived from dredging/de-silting) as notified same as that of Ordinary Earth/Brick Earth/fuller Earth vide Gazette notification No. 581-ICE-12013(99)/6/2022-MINES SEC-Dept. of ICE, Date:- 26.09.2022 of Department of Industry, Commerce & Enterprises Mines Branch @ ₹29.00/m³ has been added in this derivation. The royalty will be paid to the agency on production of necessary documents in support of paymentmade towards the royalty.Note 3: Extra rate towards cess for earth for land owned / arranged by the contractor over rate of earthwork for land owned / arranged by the Department has been added in this derivation @ ₹5.30/m³ [Vide Ref: Memo No: 138/3512-29/C/99 Dated; 22.06.2000 of DLR & Jt. 24Best Seasoned wood work in shutters, posts, plates, rafters, battens, trusses, beams, purlins, bargas, wheel-guards, running boards, frames etc. including supplying at site, handling, hoisting, fitting & fixing in position excluding the cost of bolt and nuts only but including the cost of nails and screws with cost and carriage of all materials complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (The quantum should be corrected upto 3 decimels) (a) Sal wood
25Labour charges for old or new wood work including hoisting, fitting & fixing including supplying new nails and screws wherever necessary etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (The quantum should be corrected upto 3 decimels)
26Installation of M.S steel Gangway including repairing and replacement of steel members.if necessary (excluding the cost of steel members) drilling, necessary holes, wealding (renewing of fresh12 mm) tightenning with bolts and nuts, if requred, supply of HYFG bolts of G.K.W made of requredsize with necessary washers (tightening to be cheacked with calibrated taught wrench) cleats, stiffeners,gusset plates including hoisting, erecting, fitting, fixing and assembling the Gangway with all labours,and materials etc. Complete with cost of red lead painting of approved brand after cleaning the surfaceproperly, placing the gangway properly to pontoon and fixed to yoke including fitting the yoke withall accessories with all scaffolding and providing all such facilities to execute and complete the workas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for Kakdwip.
27Labour Charge for lifting and dismainting gangway & accessaries including removing bolts and nuts without damaging the same including lubricating the same for preservation to godown including cutting welding without carriage the steel members with neccessary scaffolding and machineries for lifting the gangway the all including chargs as per direction of the Engineer in Charge for Kakdwip.
28Supplying to site and pitching with 1st class kiln burnt or picked Jhama bricks including dressing, ramming and preparing bed to proper slope complete with necessary earth work not exceeding 300 mm. in depth and filling gaps with powdered earth or local sand etc. complete (The rate is including cost of sand).i) With 1st class kiln burnt bricka) 20 cm thick

50Supply of Silver Sand of different working site within main land under the jurisdiction of Eastern Circle, I & W Directorate
51Labour charge for driving Rails of any type and size in all sorts of soil in tidal river ( both high tide and low tide ) including hoisting and placing the rails ( in position cutting and sharpening heads if necessary before and after driving with all hire and labour charges for necessary driving appliances and in all including situation if arises including hire charges of heavy type of burge of pontoon fabricated with heavy staffing with mountain on burge or pontoon including all devices for driving rails including fuels and lubricants, carriages, skilled labour etc. will be supplied by the agency for execution to complete the work as per direction of Engineer in charge for Kakdwip.
