1Renewal of Piston seals & Piston rod packings in HP/LP Bypass valves & Spray valves actuators Overhauling of HP/LP By pass valve actuator and its spray valve actuators. Dismantling of actuator, overhauling and renewal of wornout spares and assembling including spares.
2Overhauling of Condenser Butterfly valves actuators and Steam line valves actuators Inspection, overhauling and commissioning of Butterfly valve actuators for manual operation in condenser system This work involves Overhauling of Gear box assembly of B.F.V, including dismantling of actuator, gear box assembly, inspection, renewal of spares if necessary and re assembling including cost of consumables and charges for T&Ps etc.
3Inspection, overhauling and commissioning of ROTORK / LIMIT TORQUE/CHECKOSLOVAKIA/ AUMA make actuators in Main turbine system, Boiler feed water, deareator system & Turbine regenerative system inclusive of consumables for T&P's. Dismantling of ROTORK/LIMIT TORQUE/ IND-MODACT/ANTRIEB/ AUMA make actuators mechanical assembly and overhauling.
4Dismantling of ROTORK / LIMIT TORQUE/CHECKOSLOVAKIA/ AUMA make actuators Electrical portion and renewal of spare if any required
