| 1 | Disconnecting and taking out existing HT indoor 11 KV VCBs from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts incl Greasing oiling replacement of UNSV trip coil, breaker charging motor, gear pinion, roller switch, Big gear etc and re-assembling the same after replacement as required and made the VCB serviceable including making all electrical connection and testing & calibration (IR Test, Continuity test, Tripping test of earth fault and Over current of panel ) alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays by primary & secondary injection system bank/battery chargers/DC system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i): Any parts required for replacement to make the breaker serviceable will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ ( 03 to 12 ) as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in these item (ii) All other accessories excluded to be supplied and fixed (under item No 3 to 12) required for site work will be manage by the contractor at his own arrangement under this item. (iii) calibration & testing will be carried out by machine which will be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangement. |

(d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process.(e) Additional qty of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item. |
