Testing the electro-mechanical door interlocks to guarantee the car cannot move unless all doors are securely locked.d) Safety Clean-up: Ensuring the lift pit is completely clean, dry, and free of debris.2. Safety Device & Electrical Testing (Quarterly/Half-Yearly)Emergency Systems: Testing the Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and battery backup system to ensure the lift safely moves to the nearest floor and opens its doors during a power failure.Sensors& Interlocks: Verifying the full-height door light curtains, emergency alarm buttons, car ventilation, and pit limit switches.Weight Sensors: Testing the overload sensor mechanism to prevent the lift from operating if load exceeds 680 kg. 3. Inclusions Under Comprehensive Coverage Free Part Replacement: All critical components including the gearless motor coils, VVVF inverter drives, controller PCBs, landing buttons (COP/LOP), door operators, guide shoes, and LED lighting assemblies are replaced at no extra cost if damaged by regular wear and tear.24/7 Breakdown Support: Provision of round-the-clock emergency breakdown registration and rapid response for passenger entrapment rescue.Regulatory Liaisoning: Assisting in obtaining annual lift fitness certifications from the local Electrical Inspector / PWD authority Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
