| 1 | Providing, fixing, fabricating, installing and commissioning of modular, portable German Hanger shed of size 6.0 Meter span x 15.0 Meter length) or multiple frame merged with frame made of aluminum with following specifications: Bay distance : 5.0 Meter, Eave height : 3.0 Meter, Ridge height 4.50 Meter, Roof slope,all elements such as column, truss, purlin, Keder rail, tie road, truss and frame horizontal and vertical bracing members, plates etc. made of structural 6261 T6 / 6083 T6 grade extruded Aluminum , with covering roof and all 04 sides (where non merged) with water proof, fire retardant, fungus and termite resistant, UV stabilished PVC coated fabric compete with securely fixing with the structure, Nuts and bolts and other accessories complete for fixing, erection and commissioning at site. The side covers should be foldable and fabric should be customised fabricated and provided with rust-free eyelets velcro, ropes, D-rings as per the need including provisions of Fire sefety equipment, lightening arrangements (inside and outside shelter) with seperate temporary electricity connection at each site, water arrangment for drinking, complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. (Rates taken are for per shelters size (in sqm) per day) |

| 6 | Providing and fixing CCTV cameras setup of minimum 4 nos HD Cameras location as per site requirement desired by EIC for monitoring alongwith DVR & Minimum One TB hard disk with every set up alongwith LED monitor inside shelter to see recordings for a period of three months complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Providing 3\\" to 4\\" thick EPE foam mattress with cover cloth of standard size with each matteress along with bed sheet, pillow and quilt uniformly filled with polyfill/cotton/recycled cotton, complete set for single person. Each bed sheet on every mattress along with pillow cover in each shelter shall be replaced on daily basis and each quilt/blanket shall be replaced once in a week continously for a period of three months. Before providing these items in shelter, the samples shall be decided for execution as per approved sample by Engineer-in-Charge and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Rates taken are for per mattress per day) |
| 8 | Providing and fixing standing/vertical minimum 2 Nos. heavy duty Air Blower heater / tower heater having minimum wattage of 1200 watts in each Shelter to keep warm temperature inside shelter for 24 hours with proper arrangement of electrical wires. The rate also includes providing 01 no. hot and cold water dispenser at the shelter (either merged or unmerged) complete in all respects as desired by the Engineer-in-Charge (Note: - The rate includes the rent of Heater as well as its electricity Bill. No extra charges will be paid for electricity bill) (Rates taken are for per blower per day) |
| 9 | Providing round the clock neatly dressed watchman/record keeper for watch & ward of night shelter and to upkeep record of persons using night shelter and their belongings with necessary accessories i.e. torch, sticks etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. |
| 10 | Providing neatly dressed sweeper for cleaning of night shelter, outer premises, mobile toilets including necessary T&P required for proper cleaning and sanitation of the premises complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. |
| 11 | Providing neatly dressed Supervisor with all required accessories for night shelters to keep supervision on the staffs deployed at night shelters including maintaining proper sanitation at the night shelter and mobile toilet, checking operation of CCTV cameras and heaters, checking timely replacement of bed sheets and quilts and maintaining overall condition of the night shelter including transportation charges in betweeen various night shelters complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. |
