| 1 | Supplying and applying High Build Chlorinated Rubber paint of approved brand,manufacturer and shade as per specifications on external surfaces of various buildings of STCR,Bagging plant and other buildings in factory area complete as per scope of work,specifications,and direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate shall include cleaning,scraping,surface preparation by filling with putty,erection and removal of staging/scaffolding at all height,ropes,rope ladders,helmet,ladders,full body harness safety belts,etc.required for safe and proper execution of the work.TWO COATS of high build chlorinated rubber paint over ONE coat of Zinc phosphate primer complete shall be applied. |
| 2 | Repair of plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.m. and under including dimantling,cutting the patch in proper shape preparing and plastering the surfaces complete including disposal of rubbish to dumping yard with cement moter 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). The item also includes providing necessary scaffolding and staging. (Cement shall be issued free of cost from NFL. |
| 3 | Providing & applying epoxy based bond coat (one coat) by using epoxy material supplied by any one of the four epoxy manufacturers viz. M/s Hindustan ciba geigy limited, M/s atul limited, M/s SIP resin limited, Dr. Beck & co.ltd. Or equivalent material to be used. The item also includes providing necessaryscaffolding etc. for carrying out the job.one bond coat as per laid down specification as mentioned in Scope of work .
