The job also includes providing and welding of 04 no’s gusset plates of size 250x160mm between the vertical and horizontal support brackets. Further the job includes repairing of the curved blade profile by way of gas heating, hammering & patch welding where-ever necessary to smoothen out the blade. It also includes the filling of cracks and recesses throughout the whole blade by filler material.
