| 2 | Work Portion:Dismantling, Cleaning, Thread forming and Inspection of existing fan # 5 & 6 assembly at elevation of 5 meter : Charges for Dismantling the fan after decoupled from the motor, dismantling of fan guard, fan leaf, hub, shaft, bearings, bearing block, oil seals, belt, timing pulley and motor with adjustment base frame of the air cooled heat exchanger & transporting the same to in house mechanical workshop and thorough cleaning the all parts & inspect the spares suitability for further use, Charges for Cleaning and thread forming ( if required ) for shaft in bearing cap area and inspection of shaft run out as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&Ps and consumables under contractor scope) |
| 3 | Replacement of spares (if required) and reassembly of ACHE fan # 5 & 6 at elevation of 5 meter : Charges for replacement of worn out parts, ( if required ) Such as oil seals, gaskets, fan shaft, fan blades and bearings, bearing block transporting the same from in house mechanical workshop to site then assembling of all the parts one by one, inspection of blade angle by using vernier bevel protractor, air gap, Tie rod tightness & seals, aligning with motor, commissioning and trial run of the ACHE fan.
