| 2 | Providing and laying heavy-duty seamless Polyurethane (PU) flooring of approved make and colour, minimum 3–4 mm total thickness, over existing concrete/cementitious floor, including complete surface preparation by mechanical grinding/shot blasting, cleaning and removal of laitance, dust, oil, grease and loose particles; application of compatible PU primer, intermediate/scratch/levelling coat and self-levelling PU top coat, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, mixing, application and curing all complete. The finished flooring shall be seamless, dense, abrasion-resistant, impact-resistant, dust-proof, moisture-resistant and resistant to commonly used cleaning chemicals, with smooth/matt or approved anti-slip finish, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing and forming integral PU coving/upstand at junction of floor and walls in vault, using approved heavy-duty polyurethane flooring system, minimum 100 mm height with 25–50 mm radius rounded cove, including preparation and cleaning of wall/floor substrate, formation of suitable PU/cementitious fillet, application of compatible primer, PU coving material and matching PU top coat, seamlessly integrated with the floor finish, including all materials, labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding/access equipment wherever required, complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
