6Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:(a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

11Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
12Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
13Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
14Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laidin required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
15Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
16Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.(a) Hot finished welded type tubes
17Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :(a) Two or more coats on new work
18Providing and fixing of DDA logo of diameter 300mm including lighting system, and fixing/pasting on existing plaster wall/tiles wall using screw/adhesive, and including transportation charges and manpower involved etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.
19Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like .
20Excavating holes upto 0.10 cum, including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as deported in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating and deposited layer by ramming watering etc., disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 mm and lift upto 1.5 m.(a) All kind of soil
21Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.(a) All kinds of soil
22Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 4 mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-incharge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). a) Overhead informatory road signage.
23Providing, placing and fixing of precast concrete chair type bench, manufactured from standard manufacture like KK or equivalent using M-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process and suitable reinforcement to prevent damages during handling, transportation, execution and long use. The bench consist of two nos. L-shaped base support in grey cement colour of thickness 80mm, back height 890mm, front height 450mm and base width 690mm and 1 no. reinforced concrete planks in red colour of size 1500mm x 400mm x 50mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500mm x 425mm x 50mm reinforcement as per approved drawing. All parts are to be jointed together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and sealed after assembling the bench complete. The length of the bench is 1500mm, seat height 450mm, total height 890mm, Bench top and back planks shall be given special coating to make them waterproof and glossy etc. complete in all aspects and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
24Providing double stand plastic branded dustbin manufactured from standard manufacturer like Nilkamal or equivalent with the following criteria.Main Frame:- Made of branded square pipe with high standard wire guage & Tensile Strength.Capacity:- 60 Ltrs. each (Pair of 2 nos. dustbins) Components:- Srews and Hinges to be used and at the contact points to enhance its security.Accessories:- All nuts & bolts,hinges as per IS standards approved & used for assembly will be ISI approved of Galvanized Iron/MS with high tensile strength.Paint:- All assembly should be painted with anti corrosive paint to give smooth surface to the assembly.The work should be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

26Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
27Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
28Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
29Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
30Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.
31Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : (a) 25 mm thick
32Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.
33Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:a) G.S. Sheet
34Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
35Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.(a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
36Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.
37Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work
38Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :(a) Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface
39Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

41Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :(a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
