Supply Of design, manufacture and supply of 03 sets of complete scissor crossovers, including special psc sleepers, modern fastening system and associated components, suitable for the existing site-specific conditions at churchgate station yard, western railway bct division. , item (a) : the design, manufacture and supply of complete scissor cross over (excluding psc sleepers) comprising of following major items: 08 cms crossings with special modern fastening like s kl type tension clamp, sleeper screw, angle guide plate, eva pad and special check rail (uic33c1 fitted w th special independent bracket). but excluding cut rails., 04 sets switches with retrofitting i.e. sgci cast b earing plates with skl type clip and sgci cast slide chairs with ssb type spring and eva pad. (excluding p sc sleepers), lead portion rail fitted with skl type tension clamp, angle guide plate, sleeper screw and ev a pad. (excluding lead rails)note: the existing crossovers are 1in12 nonstandard scissors crossover in ch urchgate yard note: - the responsibility to procure rails will solely lie with the manufacturer (bid including rail cost/per set) in terms of railway board letter no. 2022/track-i(p)/fabricators dt. 31.07.2023 (cp-101). note :- the detailed trial scheme and monitoring proforma will be decided by wr hq, bct division in cons ultation with rdso.
