1Renewal/ repair of RAW Water duplex strainer assembly, for 14\\" header type Duplex basket strainer.Scope of Work :-1. Dismantling & Stripping: De-welding and removal of all damaged filter wire mesh, crushed perforated cylinder sheets, and degraded structural components without damaging the reusable top angled ring frames and guide structures.2. Supply & Replacement of Filter Mesh: Supply and precision installation of brand-new, premium quality SS 304 / SS 316 wire mesh conforming strictly to 1000 Micron filtration rating as per original drawing specifications.3. Supply & Fabrication of Backup Perforated Sheets: Fabrication and rolling of new stainless steel (SS 304 / SS 316) perforated support cylinders (Ø6 mm holes, 18 SWG) ensuring proper radial support to withstand hydraulic flow stresses.4. Flange Trueing, Straightening & Handle Refabrication: Trueing, dimensional re-alignment, and hydraulic straightening of distorted top oval/angled clamping flanges (CS IS:2062 Gr. A/B or SS) and handles to ensure zero-bypass leak-proof seating inside the strainer chamber.5. Welding & Structural Assembly: Argon/TIG welding of screens, perforated cylinders, support rings, and core elements. All welds must be uniform, clean, free from crevices, pinholes, or slag inclusions.6. Surface Finishing & Protection: Complete pickling and passivation of all stainless-steel surfaces, shot/wire-brush cleaning of carbon steel components, and application of suitable industrial anti-corrosive primer/coating.
