| 2 | Design, Engineering, Supply, Fabrication, Transportation, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Trial Run of250 KLD capacity compact, portable/prefabricated Decentralized Sewage Treatment Plant (DSTP), suitable for above-ground installation, constructed in MS-FRP and based on CPHEEO approved and Proven technology, complete in all respects for treatment of domestic sewage and production of treated water suitable for Flushing, horticulture, landscaping, irrigation and lake replenishment purposes. The plant shall comprise inlet chamber with SS-304 bar screen, Primary Treatment, Secondary Treatment and tertiary treatment, UV disinfection system, treated water electromagnetic flow meter, air blowers, pumps, internal piping, valves, fittings, air distribution network, sludge withdrawal arrangement, structural supports, access ladders, platforms, handrails, electrical control panel with auto/manual operation and all associated accessories required for satisfactory operation of the plant. The system shall be factory fabricated, modular, compact and suitable for transportation, installation and relocation, complete with all interconnections, consumables, fasteners and miscellaneous works.The treated effluent quality at the outlet of the DSTP shall as per DPCC norms, making the treated water suitable for reuse in Toilet Flushing, horticulture, landscaping, irrigation, water body rejuvenation and lake replenishment applications. The scope shall include design, fabrication, loading, transportation, unloading, erection, testing, commissioning, performance trial run and handing over of the complete system in satisfactory working condition. The rate shall include all materials, labour, tools and equipment required for successful commissioning and performance of the plant. Electricity connection and power supply for operation of the plant shall be brone by contractorDesign, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Online Monitoring System comprising online analyzers/sensors for continuous monitoring of pH, BOD, COD and TSS, complete with sample conditioning unit, data logger, transmitters, communication modules, cables and all accessories required for satisfactory operation. The system shall be integrated with IoT based remote monitoring platform including IoT gateway, cloud connectivity, web/mobile dashboard, alarm notification, historical data logging and report generation facility. | 3 | Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of 250 KLD DSTP for a period of 10 (Ten) years from the date of successful commissioning, including deployment of required manpower, routine operation, preventive and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment, cleaning of tanks, removal and disposal of screenings and sludge, replacement of consumables, lubricants, UV lamps, filter media topping-up, calibration of instruments, upkeep of online monitoring system, HMI, PLC and IoT system, submission of operational records and maintenance of treated water quality as specified in the contract.
