65Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspectionof work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment shall be made once
66irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.
67Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)
68Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
69Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.
70Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
71Cleaning of drainage manholes and sewer lines by removing the deposited and other rubbish from the manholes and cleaning the sewer lines by rodding and flushing with water as directed by the Engineer -in- charge. (Rate per One manhole and sewer line to next manhole)
72Mechanical cleaning of Septic Tank by using mechanical cleaning mechine by suction, pumping, vaccum cleaning and removing all the waste liquid and sludge from the septic tank and disposaing the waste at Municipal dumping ground. The rate includes all mechinery and workmen required and all incidental charges during pumping, filling, transporting etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
73Cleaning of chocked water supply GI pipe line by pressure machine for proper supply of water i/c opening and refixing of bends, socket etc whichever necessary all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
74Checking and making good all leakages etc. in GI,C.I,SCI,CI pipes etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Major fittings etc.to be paid separately).
75Repair of low level PVC cistern by p/f internal fittings whichever is required including testing and checking for proper working etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
76Uprooting of undesired grown-up plants over walls at any floor level and filling the hole after uprooting of plants root with cement mortar 1 : 2(1 cement:2 fine sand) including making arragement for jhula, ladders, rops etc. complete asper direction of Engineer-in- charge.
