2M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid over cement screed base laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as directed.
3M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in factory manufactured ready-mix cement mortar (polymer modified dry mortar) set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as directed.
4M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in factory manufactured ready-mix cement mortar (polymer modified dry mortar) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in factory manufactured ready-mix cement mortar (polymer modified dry mortar) complete all as specified and directed.
5Rounding off edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as specified and directed
6M & L for Mirror polishing on exiting marble/granite/Kota stone/Stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.
7Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
8M&L for providing and laying joint free premium quality double charged vitrified tiles 10 to 12 mm thick (rectangular/square), of approved make (Kajaria/Somany/Johnson or equivalent), of size as approved, on floor surfaces, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, laid with high performance polymer modified cement based tile adhesive conforming to IS 15477 (Type-2), over and including 15 mm thick screed/bedding layer in factory manufactured ready-mix cement mortar (polymer modified dry mortar) , finished true to line, level and slope as required, with proper alignment and uniform joints, joints filled and pointed with high quality epoxy grout of approved shade, including cutting, surface preparation, curing, wastage, all leads and lifts complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9All as per Item no 8 here in before, on vertical surfaces such as skirtings ,set & jointed in neat and pointed in epoxy grout to match the floor tiles, over & including 10 mm thick screed in factory manufactured ready-mix cement mortar (polymer modified dry mortar) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
10M&L for joint free high glossy premium quality colour glazed ceramic wall tiles 8 to 10 mm thick chamfred edges (rectangular/square) of approved make (Kajaria/Somany/Johnson or equivalent), of size as approved, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting and walls etc., area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, fixed with high strength polymer modified cement based tile adhesive conforming to IS 15477 (Type-2), suitable for heavy duty tiles, over and including 10 mm thick backing coat infactory manufactured ready-mix cement mortar (polymer modified dry mortar) , finished true to line, level and plumb with proper alignment and uniform joints, joints filled and pointed with high performance epoxy grout of approved shade to match the colour of tiles, including necessary mechanical support wherever required for heavier tiles, surface preparation, curing, cutting, wastage, all leads and lifts complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11Material and labour for repair to damage RCC coloumns/Beam/Slab/Chajja by using micro mortar and concrete in Following Stages :-(a) Removing the mortar and loose concrete from RCC elements.(b) Cleaning the rusted reinforcements and applying rust removal.(c) Inserting the addl reinforcements in case the coves sectional area reduction is more than 20 percent by welding the reinforcement with existing bars and supporting adequate on walls if reqiurd with grout.(d) Providing micro morter and concrete over bond coat to cover the reinforcements and slet surface.(e) Providing adequate formwork and scaffolding if required.(f) Curing the surface. Note :- (i) Rust removal, bonding agent, grout, micro mortar and concrete and related chemicals shall be of Dr Fixit/BASF and STP(ii) Work is to be got executed from authorised applicator of the company.(iii) Steel reinforment shall be measured and paid separately
12Material and labour for brick work with Fly Ash bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
13S&F for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium snap beading of any size of glass in each pane with solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufaturers all as specified and directed.
14S & F stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
15M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base below floors all specified and directed.
16Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compa ction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
17S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
18M&L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and conforming to Fe 290 (Gde- E- 165) quality- A complete all as specified and directed
19Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as directed.
21Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
22Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each and removing from site all as specified & directed
23Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVCmulti-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. 24Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour three track three panel sliding window with top fixed glazed portion and bottom sliding shutters comprising two nos. glazed sliding shutters and one no. fly proof stainless steel wire mesh sliding shutter, made out of big series uPVC multi-chambered extruded profiles having outer frame size 116 × 45 mm and sash size 46 × 62 mm or suitable equivalent section, both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and glazing bead of appropriate dimension, complete with top fixed glass panel as shown in approved drawing.The window shall comprise uPVC multi-chambered outer frame with inbuilt roller track, sliding sash profiles, interlocks and mullions duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel reinforcement sections manufactured through roll forming process of required shape and size as per uPVC profile. The lower portion shall consist of three sliding shutters, out of which two shutters shall be glazed sliding shutters and one shutter shall be provided with fly proof stainless steel wire mesh.The item includes uPVC glazing beads, interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy / stainless steel touch locks with hook, suitable handles, sliding rollers of approved quality, G.I. fasteners 100 × 8 mm, screws, cleats and all necessary hardware fittings complete. The item also includes providing and fixing clear / frosted glass of approved thickness in fixed and sliding glazed shutters and stainless steel wire mesh in mesh shutter complete in all respects as per approved drawing, manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note:uPVC profiles shall be of approved make, colour and shade.Glass and S.S. wire mesh shall be included in the item rate unless specified separately. Variation in profile dimension on higher side shall be acceptable; however no extra payment shall be made on this account.Measurement shall be taken in sqm of finished window area.
25Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. 26Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour glazed ventilator comprising half portion fixed glazed panel and half portion openable glazed shutter with external uPVC grill, made out of small series extruded uPVC multi-chambered profiles conforming to relevant standards, having outer frame of size 47 × 50 mm, mullion 47 × 68 mm and sash profile of suitable dimension with wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm, duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel reinforcement sections manufactured through roll forming process as per required shape and size according to uPVC profile.The ventilator shall consist of one fixed glazed portion and one side/top hung openable shutter as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, complete with glazing bead of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc coated / stainless steel friction hinges, handles, locking arrangement, fasteners, screws and all necessary hardware fittings. External side shall be provided with decorative / safety type uPVC grill integrated / fixed with suitable reinforcing members complete in all respects.The profile corners of frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners. 36S&F in repair Stainless Steel curtain roads, standard quality, not less than 19/25 mm dia with heads, wall thickness of pipe not less than 20 guage, including fancy type brackets and decorated end knobs (finals), stop roller etc, fixed on wall for doors and windows curtains, cutting as required length and fixing at site including fixing arrangements, rawl pluig, screws etc (size and dia of rods are directed by Engr-in-charge ) including taking out old any type rod or pelmet boxes with curtain rod complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
37Providing, fixing, repairing and replacement of overhead rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 1000 litre capacity, vertical type with closed top, ISI marked, including dismantling of existing water tank of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres and removing from site, hoisting and fixing in position complete.The item shall also include providing and fixing 20 mm bore PTMT float valve with connection nipples (02 Nos), repair/replacement of 20 mm dia gun metal globe/gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends, repair/replacement of 20 mm dia high pressure brass ball valve with polythene float and fly nut, all connected GI/iron pipe connections, tightening, jointing with Teflon tape/hemp, testing for leakage, commissioning and making good the disturbed surfaces (including minor civil work, clamps, nuts, bolts, cutting and refixing pipe connections etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

39M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces priming with one coat of read oxide & finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
40S & F in repair sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 mm with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60 cm long all as specified and directed
