| 6 | Supply and installation of Stainless Steel Wall panels (SS Clip-in), square/square bevel edgepanels, unperforated, Stainless steel (304 grade) core ceiling panels, 600x600x0.5mm having weight 4kg/m2, installed on wall using strut system and Spring-T. The Strut framework systems indudes Strut CC25 thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 35, depth 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned horizontally in a regular manner at 600mm centres. Then fasten Hold-on wall clamp by suitable fasteners on Strut CC25, at 600mm centres both ways. Strut Spring-T is then held in position by hold-on damp vertically @ every 600mm centers. SS Clip-in tiles 600x600x0.5mm are then clipped into Spring-T. Technical Parameters Fire (Class) - 1 Climate (°C, RH) - 50, 99 Green (VOC, RC %) - Low, 25 as directed by the department officers. | 7 | Supplying and fixing in position Teak Wood main entrance door of size 3.60 X 2.40m with the following specification. The outer frame shall be made out of Teak wood scantlings of size 150x125mm and shutter vertical frame made out of Teakwood scantling of size 150x125mm. TW Planks of 35mm thick is used as shutter panels and also in fixed wooden partition below fixed glazing on both sides of the door shutter. 8mm pinhead glass along with grill is used for fixed glazing on both sides of the door shutter. Carving works shall be made in the shutter as per the design approved by the departmental officers. 8Nos.
