5M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats on old work complete all as specified and directed.
7Providing and fixing Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L Two or more coat of Distempering including primer in new wall surface with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete all as specified and directed.
9Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for preparation of plastered wall surface by applying wall care putty (internal grade for internal surfaces and exterior grade for external surfaces) of avg thickness 3mm of approved brand and manufacturer to make the surface even and smooth, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11M&L for Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour after complete removal of existing treatment form wall to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster by scrapping manually/mechanically complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on old work.
12M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces by manual/mechanical scraping and sanding to remove old paint, whitewash, distemper, loose plaster, dust and all other foreign matter, making the surface clean, sound and ready to receive new treatment; and applying one coat of primer/base coat followed by two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint (plastic paint) of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve an even shade and colour, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13M&L for Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including 3mm thick wall care putty on wall of approved brand after complete removal of existing treatment form wall to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster by scrapping manually/mechanically complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: Item shall be included rate of writing of Bldg No in block, Roman, Italic or indian font in synthetic enamel paint complete and directed by Engr-in-charge.
14M&L for preparing old surfaces of floor tiles with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives UV resistance and anti fungal of required shade Old work (One or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm) of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L Floor polishing on masonry or concrete/Kota/ Granite floors with wax polish of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and directed.
16Demolition and breaking up drain/rain water pipe of any type and size, set in cement motar or complete all as specified and directed.
17Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter complete all as specified and directed.
18Description all as per item Srl No. 17.00 here in before but 75mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
19Providing and fixing 110x110x110 single tee with door on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion complete all as specified and directed.

23Taking up/down plants or vegetation growth from wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 150 sq cm superfical area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats /aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to distrubed portion and applying two coats of cement base paint / weather coat to match the existing surface upto forth floor complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
24Removal of loose concrete carefully by low impact hammer breaker or manually by chisel and hammer mechanism, claeaning the debris and disposalcomplete all as specified and directed.
25Cleaning of exposed existing reinforecement with wire brush, carrying out application of 2 coats of rust coverting primer, suitable time interval to be maintained in between 2 coat application complete all as specified and directed.
26M&L for Application of concrete penetrating bi polar megratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface, the inhibitor penetrates concrete surface upto 100mm and protect the reinforecement from further detoriation complete all as specified and directed.
27Providing & fixing rebar of required length & diameter with ETA approved, Styrene free, fire resistant, epoxy resin based, 2-part, thixotropic, high performance anchoring adhesive Sika AnchorFix®-3030 or equivalent. The material shall be tested for Seismic tested (C1 & C2) under ETA, whereever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes, then rebars should be inserted in holes that should be filled with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacture recommendation ccomplete all as specified and directed.
28Building up concrete structure by using polymer modified mortar system in damaged areas of concrete with epoxy mortar (1 polymer of approved grade : 15 parts graded quartz sand) incluing application of compatible bond coat of epoxy bond coat by brush complete all as specified and directed.
29M&L for chemical cleaning and re-grouting of existing tiled surface including washing the existing tiles with heavy duty tile cleaner preferably of M/s Pidilite or equivalent, washing again with fresh water jet, raking / scratching out existing joints, filling the joints with white / matching colour epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite / Roff RTM Epoxy or equivalent using proper masking tape, curing, cleaning the surface etc., all as per sample approved at ground level complete all as specified and directed.
30M&L for injection grouting treatment to sunken / wall / floor portions including drilling holes, fixing 12mm dia GI nozzles @ 0.50 mtr c/c over entire affected area and carrying out chemical injection grouting through nozzles with cement slurry admixed with Dr. Fixit Bathseal Grouting or equivalent grouting compound using pressure pump @ 40 PSI, sealing off nozzles and cutting the same after grout has set etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31Taking down old steel tubing & connection including cleaning for refixing for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32Description all as per item Srl No. 31.00 here in before but 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
33Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall :15 mm dia nominal bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
34Description all as per item Srl No. 33.00 here in before but for 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
35Dismantling water tanks and removing to store capacity exc. 250 ltr but not exceedings 500 liters complete all as specified and directed.
36Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
37Providing and fixing 20mm bore ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
38Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba including removing & refixing of tank all complete as per direction of Engineerin- Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
39Providing and fixing 15mm bore Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
40Providing and fixing 20mm bore Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
41Providing and fixing 15mm bore C.P. brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gms complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
42Providing and fixing 15 mm bore brass stop cock of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
43Providing and fixing 20 mm bore brass stop cock of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
44M&L for preparation of new/old steel surfaces (by mechanical cleaning / sand blasting to SA 2.5 as per ISO 8501-1) and applying two coats of food-grade epoxy coating of approved make, with an interval of minimum 6-8 hours between coats, achieving a DFT (dry film thickness ) of 200-250 microns. The coating shall be allowed to cure for 7 days before filling with water. After curing, rinse the surface twice with clean water before final filling. Make: Berger Paints - Home Shield Epoxy Tank Coating (Food Grade) or equivalent approved brands complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
45M&L for applying siloxane based water repellent impregnation on concrete/brick/stone/masonry surfaces (Make: Sikagard-700 S or equivalent), complete all as specified and directed, including the following:-(a) Preparation of surfaces by cleaning and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease, efflorescence, mould etc, using brush/roller/spray with detergent, degreaser, light blast cleaning, steam cleaning as required, including removal of any existing incompatible coating/paint which may block absorption.(b) Filling/repairing cracks wider than 200 microns using approved crack filler as per manufacturer’s instructions.(c) Ensuring surface is dry (maximum moisture content 5–6%) with no visible damp patches before application. Applying the first coat by low-pressure spray, roller or brush in vertical direction.(d) Applying second coat before the first coat is fully dried, strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions.Coverage rate: 0.30 to 0.50 Kg/Sqm per coat (corresponding to 0.375 to 0.625 L/Sqm per coat).Notes:(i) The work shall be carried out strictly under manufacturer’s directions and/or by an authorised applicator.(ii) Contractor shall produce manufacturer’s certificate after satisfactory completion of work.
46M&L treatment on capillary wall(a) Substrate preparation vertical: Cleaning and cheeping the bricks plaster surface make it dust and sludge free, removing any extended portions by grinding using suitable equipments. The substrate to be made suitable for waterproofing system application.(b) Expose the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally. The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visible penetrated area. Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonary structure along the side of the joints at 45 degree so as to cross the bick/ block at the intervals spacing if 10-30 cm depending on extent of rising dempness as per recommendation of Engr- in- charge, Cleaning of hole:- Clean the hole by air blower proir to fixing nozzles. Install Sika @ packer injection packers 9.8mm diameter, 10cm long in the holes and tighten. Fix the packet securely using Sikadar 31. Cutting of packers :- Cut the packers after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements and seal with sikagard 694 fi.
47(c) Injection resin for re-injectable hose as per manufacturer instruction:Providing and applying of a 3 part, very low viscous, solvent free, elastic polyacrylic injection resin Sika Injection-306 with a versatile and adjustable reaction time. The resin must be capable of reversibly swelling and shrinking; have mixed viscosity of 3-11 m.Pa.s at +20 °C according to ISO 3219; curing time of 8-50 mins depending on accelerator dosage. The polycrylic resin must have proven function test report from Wissbau with re-injectable hose system and proven compatibility test report with PVC membrane system from same manufacturer. The manufacturer must be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified and valid certificates must be produced as proof. (d) Waterproofing coating:Providing and applying of SikaTop-109 Seal IN ready to use 2 component acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating comprising of 2 coats of equal consumption of 1 kg/sqm and reinforced with glass fabric cloth Sika Fabric-50 applied over a saturated surface. The 2 coats must be applied at right angle to each other with a brush. The coating must be taken to a height of 300 mm on walls and 600 mm in splash area.
48Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical In mud mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
49M&L for removing vegetation growth from walls / concrete / any surface upto roof level and removing the debris / vegetation outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
50S&F precast cement concrete M-15 (Type B-1) splash stone, size 600 mm × 400 mm × 75 mm thick, or 450 mm × 300 mm × 75 mm thick for rain water pipe outlet, exposed surfaces finished fair, laid in cement mortar 1:3 complete, including all labour, materials, curing and all other appurtenant works complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
51Note :(i) The work will also be executed in certain high-rise buildings and hilly terrain areas. Accordingly, the tenderer/contractor shall arrange and provide complete scaffolding and all necessary safety measures at their oun expense.(ii) The tenderer’s kind attention is invited to Serial Clause 1.16 of Section-I on Page No. 6 (General Rules for Safety in Construction) as specified in SSR Part-I (2009), regarding mandatory safety measures and precautions.(iii) Only steel scaffolding shall be used for execution of the work.(iv) The tenderer/contractor shall make necessary arrangements, at their own expense, for temporarily plugging/covering of doors, windows, and ventilator openings during removal of plaster, application of new plaster, and external/internal painting works, until completion of the job.(v) The contractor shall use proper masking tape during painting work and any splashes / splattering of paint on floors, doors, windows, fittings etc. shall be cleaned properly by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
