| 1 | Providing specialized technical expert supervision for rectification, re-leveling and re-alignment of the dislocated Servomotor Base Plate of Guide Vane Assembly (GVA) of Unit-1, including inspection and assessment of the existing condition; establishing reference levels, centerlines and coordinates with respect to the turbine/guide vane assembly; dismantling/removal of servomotor and associated components as required for access; precision measurement of base plate elevation, inclination and alignment using suitable precision instruments; providing expert guidance and supervision for chipping/removal of existing grout and other necessary civil works, positioning and leveling of the base plate; checking and correction of X, Y & Z coordinates and axial/radial alignment; supervision of placement of shims/packing and temporary locking arrangements; supervision of civil grouting, concreting and associated work; verification of final level and alignment after completion of grouting and curing; reinstallation and positioning of the servomotor; final functional/operational checking of the GVA servomotor; and submission of a final alignment and measurement report. The job shall include deployment of expert alignment engineer, skilled technicians, necessary precision measuring instruments, tools & tackles, lifting/handling arrangements and required consumables.
