| 1 | Design, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of fully FRP (steel/metal tanks coated with FRP shall not be accepted) suitable for underground installations and to withstand earth pressure, prefabricated packaged wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) of 75 KLd capacity (from reputed manufactures of make of Daiki Axis/ Shreya/ Fontus/ Ion Exchange/ Thermax/Sintex/Welspun or its equivalent approved make from waste water/ sewerage treatment plant manufacturers to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with MBBR technology having treatment process with sedimentation and separation chamber, anaerobic contact media chamber, moving bed chamber (AEROBIC), sedimentation chamber, recirculation of accumulated sludge from sedimentation of 1st chamber, disinfectant chamber, clarified water tank, tertiary treatment processes: pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter etc. including all E & M and civil works for WWTP such as installation of plant/system i/c cost of excavation, preparation of foundation and making good after installation etc. complete in all respect and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge to make the system functional WWTPs shall also be operated and maintained for a period of one year (free of cost) after successful testing and commissioning. All consumables and chemicals required for operation, routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance and testing for outlet parameters shall also be borne by the agency during DLP. The FRP WWTP would be portable and shall conform to manufacturer’s specification. For designing purpose, inlet parameters to be considered are: pH : 6.5-8.5 BOD : 250-350 mg/ltr. Total TSS: 250-350 ms/ltr. COD: 400-500 mg/ltr. Fecal Coliform (FC) MPN/100 ml:> 10**7MPN/100ml. And Treated Waste Water Quality shall be: pH: 5.5-9 BOD:< 10 mg/ltr. TSS:<10 mg/ltr. COD, 50 mg/ltr. FC MPN/100 ml: Desireable-100 Permissible – 230. Scope of work is detailed as below:- a) Packaged and automatic plant of 75 KLd capacity with blowers, media etc. i/c transportation complete.b) Tertiary treatment Dual Media Filters (DMF) & Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) of capacity 75 KLd to achieve WWTP discharge standards prescribed by CPCB. The FRP vessel filter (Both DMF & ACF) complete with frontal piping and Automatic Multiport Valves with all the required accessories. Filters shall include media, standard fittings like pressure gauges, sampling cock, rinse drain. Filter Dia Minimum : 900 mm.Filter HOS Minimum : 1800 mm.Max Operating Pressure: 10 bar. Activated Carbon Media used for ACF shall be Coconut shell based, with minimum lodine value of 900 IV & minimum bed depth of 600 mm over supporting media.c) Raw water pumps 2 nos. (1W+1S) of appropriate capacity & approved make.d) Raw water tank of 20000 litres of HDPE of approved make.e) All interconnecting pipes and fittings in CPVC, Sch 20.f) The control panel shall be fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well s at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats or red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for 1/3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Panel should be complete with Isolation push button for every equipment and auto manual selection switches. The control shall be one integrated panel with all requisite controls for Raw Water Pump, Air Blowers & With Automatic Water Level Control. The panel shall be programmed for Auto operation & start up to requisite equipment as per indication from Water Level Controllers installed Treated Raw water tanks complete with all interconnecting can be and fittings.g) Bulk meter.h) All arrangements for supply of treated water for the area i/c cost of pump of required capacity.i) Making necessary connections with existing irrigation pipe network of the park along-with pump having appropriate capacity as per site requirement/ direction of Engineer-in-charge.j) Providing MS steel framed shelter of adequate size and height for housing tertiary units, pumps, blowers, panels, etc. using pre-coated GI profile sheets of approved brand of minimum thickness of 0.53/ mm with walls, roofs, flooring, locking arrangements, etc. complete as per the requirement /directions of Engineer-in-Charge.k) Any other items not specified/indicated in the contract but essentially required for satisfactory functioning of the plant will be deemed to have been included and same shall be executed bythe agency after approved of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF WWTP of 75 KLD capacity and all other allied works/structures etc. created under the contract for a period of 2 years after expiry of free service period of 12 months on commissioning of WWTPs including all cost of labour, consumables, chemicals, repair/replacement of E & M parts, testing of outlet parameters/Security etc. as required. Year wise amount to be quoted in this BOQ Payment to be shall be released on quarterly on pro rata bases. No payment shall be made on account of any escalation or prices. Duties during O& M, plant shall be run 24/7. Adequate operators to be provided for proper plant operation. Treated water quality target should be monitored by random sampling. The scope of item includes monthly comprehensive maintenance for the WWTP (i/c tertiary treatment) including all spared supply and consumables. Electricity supply for the plant will be provided by DDA. .The O & M will commence from commissioning date (including free Ist year free O&M). The security deposit @ 2.5% deducted shall be released after completion of maintenance period (3 years) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Non-compliance of O & M requirement shall make the agency liable for recovery from the security deposit and/ or BG with DDA. The defect liability and safety of the WWTP/STP plant and its accessories during contract period (Construction, installation, commissioning and 3 years O & M) shall be sole responsibility of the contractor/agency.a) 2nd year |

The WWTP should be portable and containerized and all outlet parameters shall also be monitored by random sampling.
