| 1 | Charges for transporting the MS temporary transfer tank of capacity 7 km from GLR-I to fabrication yard near CWPH-I by using Escort crane and heavy duty vehicle. Cleaning the inside and outside welding edges to 45° of the tank by wire brush, scrubber and grinding machine with grinding wheel for welding work. |
| 2 | Charges for grinding the existing worn out welding the existing damaged welded portion in outer side and inner side of 1274 dia tank. Welding the grinded area by 3 runs with arc welding inside and outside of the temporary transfer tank and welding the end dummy plate in the tank. Removal of worn out bottom support by new fabricated bottom support in available M.S ‘I’ Beam. |
| 3 | Charges for making of inlet receiving point of size 300 mm – 4 Nos, 600 mm – 1 No in Top of the Tank with required size collar and 2 Nos of 150 NB pipe tapping at bottom most point of Tap and fixing 2 Nos lifting hook at the Top portion of Tank. |
| 4 | Charges for loading, unloading and transporting the reconditioned fabricated Tank of size OD – 1274 mm, L – 6250 mm by escort crane from CWPH – I to GLR – I near ACW system (Unloading point : 3) and unloading the tank safely and remove the sand to make a bond of size 6500 x 1500 mm of depth 1 mtr by JCB vehicle for fixing the fabricated tank below the normal earth level for easy unloading of water from Tanker lorry and providing extra bottom and side supports in available second hand M.S material in side and bottom of the tank to avoid tilting of tank at the time of water loaded checking the movements of Tank. |
