2Collection of data from Sub division offices, Creation of master data, doing all the changes in master data of consumers as per direction & requirements, and preparations of Water bills in Hindi as per PHED water revenue rules, Printing of water bills on his own stationary approved by Engineer in Charge and delivering printed bills in prescribed formats to all concerned Sub Divisions.
3Collection of water bills fromoffice and Distribution of water bills door to door consumer area wise Bi monthly
4Preparing and providing monthly Ledgers in soft copy as well as in hard copy as desired by Engineer in Charge in prescribed formats, having complete detail of all consumers, assessment, outstanding, realisation, and revenue statement, MIS, complete in all respect
