Name of Work:- MTPS-II (1X600 MW) – ES Circle – C&I Division - Removing, Cleaning, Calibration, Checking and Re-fixing of C&I field instruments, PLC system in BOP - I area during COH - 2026

1Removal of the local Pressure / DP / Vacuum/Temperature gauges and re-fixing them after calibration in BOP-I area.
2Removal of Pressure/ Temperature/ Vacuum / Level / flow switches and re-fixing them after calibration in BOP-I area
3Removal of Pressure / vacuum / DP / Level transmitters including disconnecting control cables, removal of clamps, manifold and re-fixing them after calibration in BOP-I area.
4Removal & re-fitting of accessories in Pneumatic Valve such as I/P converters, Air Lock relay, Regulators, Positioners and Position Feedback transmitters for testing, checking its healthiness & calibration in BOP-I area.
5Releasing of Electronic cards / modules from racks, cleaning the PLC panels and re-inserting the cards, terminal tightness checking of PLC and VMS panels in BOP-I area.
6Cutting and welding of pipe size ½” impulse lines in BOP-I area
