Name of Work:- Carrying out Annual overhaul maintenance activities of C&I equipment of TG MISC. Valves , Boiler Fill Pumps, Hot well makeup pumps, HP heaters, LP heaters, MDBFP, Deaerator controls, APRDS, SWAS, TGDMCW pumps, SGDMCW pumps, PHE, Condenser area, Drip pumps, CEP pumps, Flash tank A & B, etc. in BOP-II area for the year 2026-27

2Charges for removal of instrument air lines, AFR, smart positioner etc of control valves and checking/servicing the healthiness of above, calibrating the smart positioner, refixing, checking tightness of power and signal cables, healthy restoration of the same for smooth operation of pneumatic control valves in DCS for BOP-II areas
3Charges for removal and checking of temperature elements of MDBFP, Drip pumps, CEP pumps, TGDMCW pumps, SGDMCW pumps, checking terminal tightness in JB, loop checking, dressing of cables , refixing the temperature elements and restoration of healthy value in DCS
4Charges for removal of vibration sensors of MDBFP, Drip pumps, CEP pumps, TGDMCW pumps, SGDMCW pumps, checking of vibration sensors, refixing, sensor alignment, terminal tightness in JB, Control cable loop checking, Dressing of cables and restoration of healthy value in DCS
5Charges for removal of pressure/DPT, Level, Flow and temperature transmitters,gauges, switches & its impulse lines of BOP-II areas, checking/servicing, cable loop checking, refixing of instruments and restoration of healthy value at DCS
6Charges for cutting , choke clearing, welding, servicing of damaged root valves or replacement of damaged root valves, impulse lines, manifolds of Pressure/DPT/Flow transmitters in BOP-II areas including stand pipes in HP/LP heaters
