Name of Work:- MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF LT CABLES, LT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM & CONNECTED ITEMS IN OMQ AND SMQ AREA UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK
Sl. No. Item Description
1Excavation in trenches in hard and dense soil n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe,foundation for poles, stay, laying cables etc and getting out copmlete all as directed .
2Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil copmlete all as directed.
3Removing excavated material n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point copmlete all as directed.
4M&L for Sand cushioning of cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable copmlete all as directed.
5Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks old size as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying across the cable copmlete all as directed.
6Taking out old unserviceable LT under ground cable any type from trenches,pipes & poles complete
7Supply laying and testing of XLPE LT 1100 Volt Grade, armourd under ground cable size of 10 Sqmm 2 core with stranded aluminium conductor in trenches /passing through pipes/ on poles etc complele all as specified and directed.

9All as per srl item No 7 above but 16 Sqmm 4 core
10All as per srl item No 7 above but 25 Sqmm 4 core

16Supply & jointing heat shrinkable straight through joint suitable for LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE cable of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. Make : 3M / Denson/Reychem Note:-excavation,returning fiiling,removal and thimbles required at site will be paid separately in relevant item of schedule.

20Supply and laying GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings as required laid in trenches or fix on wall/pole for cable protection of 80 mm bore copmlete all as directed.
