Name of Work:- Replacement of PVC fill packs of Natural Draft Cooling Tower, 250 MW, unit-7 at PTPS, Panipat.

2Supply of new PVC fills, Module making at site,replacement of existing PVC fill blocks as per the approved drawing in tight packing position including the cost of labour, TandP etc. The cost of dismantling, cutting and collection of existing PVC fill pack isincluded.
3Supply and installation of SS pipes (SS 304) of size 50 B (60.3 mm OD) and 1.65 MM thick as per the approved drawing.
4Supply and Installation of SS hanger wire (SS 304) 4mm dia as per the approved drawing.
5Supply of hardware / fasteners for erection of new PVC fills, hangers and SS pipes as per the approved drawing
6Supply and fixing of nozzles with adaptor arms and endcaps in the hot water distribution system..
7Supply and fixing of broken UPVC pipe joints in the hotwater distribution system..
8Cat (B) - Buy Back Items
9Buy-Back (ie minus) Recovery rate for damaged PVC fills scrap which will be taken out by the contractor out of plant at his cost.. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
