Monthly check-up of attached batteries to evaluate performance in regular interval for smooth functioning of Online UPS (as per Numeric standards)Preventive Maintenance:1.Preventive maintenance visit (Quarterly) including battery bank inspection, voltage checking, load testing, cleaning of UPS panels and submission of service report.Emergency Breakdown:1. 24x7 Emergency breakdown support including call-out charges2. Breakdown/complaint must be attended within 3 hour of lodging complaint to the firm.3. In case of major breakdown system must be restore within 24 hours or alternative Standby arrangement of same or higher configuration must be made by the firm.Spare Parts:Replacement of Battries in case of damage, minor consumable items such as fuses, indicators, connectors, lugs, screws etc. as required time to time as per direction of engineer in-charge.
