Supply Of c/s of side wall details (lwfcwac) , one coach set of sidewall details for lhb ac composite coaches to drg. no s. 1)frame work to drg. no 83214004, alt b - 1 no. and 83214005, alt b - 1 no. all the ite ms to be supplied as loose. angle to drg no.aaa14809 altnil in the roof flange assembly to be supplied as loose. 2) carline assembly to drg. nos. 83214008, alt c - 1 no. and 83214009, alt c - 1 no. single piece crf carline to drg no 83214010 alt a and 83214011 alt a to be followed . 3) welding parts to drg. no. 83214003, alt g - 1 no. and 83214018, alt c - 1 no the firm shall fulfil the manufacturing facility as per icf/md/spec-313, issue status-01,rev.01. th e firm shall fulfil the manufacturing facility as per icf/md/spec-316, issue status-01, rev .00. special condition : packing condition 1. the frame work and weld parts shall be packed in the container/steel pallet as per icf/j&t/sk-1865-alt b. 2. the weld parts shall be placed at the bottom a nd frame work at the top. 3. other partition frames not fitting in the container shall be stacked one ov er the other, secured using packing strip and placed in steel pallet. 4. packing and placing of the items to be such that the frames could be removed easily from the packing prior to weld parts without any damages. 5. the height of each stack shall not exceed 750mm for easy handling. 6. suitable and suffi cient packing strips to be used such that stacked items do not disintegrate during transit, storage and handling. 7. for carline icf/j&t/sk-1882, alt a to be followed. to be supplied in packages of individ ual coach sets only. - all the threaded holes shall be provided with suitable dummy bolts to safeguard the threads to avoid clogging while painting..
