Name of Work:- Replacement of MS Railing in FRP on wet sump of Rohini Sector-25 SPS

1Dismantling of old rusted damaged M.S Railing by cutting of gas cutter or cutting machine, grinder/manual labour and shifted to the old material as per direction of engineer in charge.
2Supply/erection of well-designed non-reactive substance ergonomic oval top fiber reinforce handrail corrosion resistance , non-sparking, fire retardant “(VO as tested against UL 94) paint, maintenance free, non-conductive etc of size 1 mtr. The work includes making the surface level, grouting arrangement/ thrust foundation for erecting the substance with the required necessary articles like nut bolts, fastener, cutting, grinding, polishing, jointing in proper line. The specification of handrail as under: 1.Top rail should be oval top profile of 75X60X4mm.2.Base shoe should be hot press moulded SMC of size 100mmX125mmX100mm3.Base shoe height 100 mm4.Base shoe Thickness size 12 mm5.Vertical post 50x50x4.5mm6.Mid Rail pipe size- 32x3mm7.Upper Rail pipe size-32x3mm8.Designed Box size-150x177 C/C9.Box Section GP-XA50x12.5X2mm10. I Section GP-3-38mm11. GP-RD-12mmMake: Sumip/Sintex/Aeron
3Providing of all required safety equipment/ articles like safety belts, gum boots, ladder, helmet, hand gloves, oxygen gas cylinder etc. for executing the work.
4Minor repairing of around the sump etc leveling / brick work / plaster etc. as where required
