| 13 | Providing & fixing of FRP moulded four chambers sludge tank of size 2x1.20x1.50mtr with 5mm thickness internal with ribs for more strenght & capacity 3600 ltrs. The tank will contain a gas outlet pipe of 25mm diameter including connection from cubicles to biodigester tank with PVC/FRP pipe fittings of 110mm diameter as required & biodigester tank is also connected with PVC/FRP outlet pipe of 50mm diameter with standard plumbing arrangement. Each segment of tank on inner & side walls will contain PVC matrix/other suitable arrangements to enhance the surface area for bacterial attachment. Each section will contain PVC embedded FRP mesh each partition wall will be provided with PVC pipes of approximately 110mm diameter. Microbial Consortium/Bacterial Inoculum (technology developed by DRDO) & biomedia, additives as required for effectives working of bio digester shall be provided in tanks as of specific grade & required periodically for the minimum period of One (1) year from the commencement of the biodigester. Biodigester generates absolutely clear odour less water with COD>250mg/ltrs, BOD>30mg/ltrs. Specifications & designs as direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate are inclusive of first year maintenance cost and replacement if any. |
