Compliance standards of DG set should be confirming to ISO-8728. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and PCC foundation of size of canopy of DG set +500 mm around using block masenery type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks & PCC (1:3:6) foundation concrete, 15 mm thick plaster in 1:4 and 2 coats of cement base paint for minimum hight 2 feet above GL & 1 feet below GL , tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specificationsENGINE :- Direct Injection, 3 cylinders, Water cooled, Compression Ignited,Turbo-charged, and Charge Air-cooled diesel engine & complying withBS5514 / ISO 3046 standards.Besides standard components, the engine will be complete with following components:- (i) Electrical starting system consisting of Starter motor, charging alternator (ii) Dry type Air cleaner with restriction indicator (iii) In-line Fuel injection system with Electronic Governor(iv) Spin-on Lube oil filter elements (iv) Radiator, Air- to- Air After cooler, pusher fan & fan drive arrangement • Gear driven water pump.
