If any tree/shurbs are found damaged/dried, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to replant/replace the shurb/tree as specified here-in-before at the same location without any extra cost to the Government.(ii) Employing tradesmen upto one year for watering to the plant regularly, the soil around the trees, shurbs, plants shall be periodically maintained i.e. 15 days interval with de-weeding, looseing of soil, adding fertilizers, strakes, pruning and spraying of recommended/approved insecticides, fungicide shall be as and when required all as required all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at no extra cost to the Government.
