| 1 | Material and labour for preparing old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with using air blower to remove all loose dirt etc complete and applying evenly a coat of cold Polymer Modified emulsion (PME) by using mechanical sprayer, spraying of total cold liquid PME 0.5 Litre per sqm (undiluted) for one coat with mineral filler as recommended by manufacture of PME(after diluting with water), each coat diluted with in the ratio 1:1(PME :Water) and ensure uniform finish on applied area Complete all as per manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and directed .Make :- Polymer Modified Emulsion (PME) Brand name : EMULCOTE of M/s L N Petro Chem Pvt Ltd/ HINMAT PLUS (Polymer modified emulsion ) Notes:- The tender shall take into consideration the following points while coating the rates for this item:(a) The work shall be carried out by the manufacturer or his authorised applicator only.(b) Care shall be taken to fill wider gaps/cracks with 0.60 mm to 2.36 mm size coarse sand as per manufacturer’s instructions.(c) A Performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of the work as specified.(d) Contractor should take all precaution to cover and protect the Airfield lights falling in the area of work and make good the same in case of damage.
