Work includes carefully chasing and grooving cracks to 2 inches wide and 1 inch deep (up to 8 feet length); cleaning surfaces with iron brushes, caustic soda, and soap oil to remove moss and debris; applying Dr. Fixit 211 Epoxy Bonding Agent; filling and patching with Cement Mortar (1:2) mixed with baby chips; applying a two-coat protective barrier of Dr. Fixit 301 Pidicrete URP over the area; and paiting roof two coats with Granotone Smart Cool Coat Heat Reflective / Terracotta exterior paint using brushes, sandpaper, and putty sheets to prevent future moss growth. Item includes all materials, specialized labor (Mazdoor Gr. I & II, Painters), scaffolding erection/dismantling, and debris clearance complete including the Mazdoor gr-I for the workas per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

The work includes supplying all materials such as UPVC frames, shutters, panels, hinges, handles, fasteners, rubber gaskets, and necessary fixtures complete. The UPVC frames shall be factory-made, corrosion-resistant, termite-proof, UV-stabilized, and designed for smooth operation and weather resistance. All joints shall be mechanically reinforced as per manufacturer’s standards. The rate shall include providing a 100 mm high vitrified tile skirting, removal of the existing flooring as required, and disposal of debris to the approved municipal dumping yard.
