The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV) latest norms/ regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories, acoustic enclosure, vibration pad, tools and spare,as provided by manufacturer, PCC foundation size as per recommended by OEM using block masonery type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks & PCC (1:3:6) foundation concrete, 15 mm thick plaster in 1:4 and 2 coats of cement base paint for minimum hight from GL 1 feet all as specified and as directed with the following specifications :-(A) ENGINE - make Greaves Cotton ,model GPWII-PIV-100 or equivelant model from make specified in Appx B, direct injection, 4 cylinder, In-line 4 stroke,radiator cooled, compression ignited, turbo charged and charged water cooled diesel engine 139 Amp at 1500 RPM and complying with BS 5514/ISO 8528-5 G2 standard :- (i) 12 V electrical starting system consisting of starter motor, charging alternator (ii) Dry type Air cleaner with restriction indicator (iii) In-line Fuel injection system with Electronic Governor (iv) Spin-on Lube oil filter elements (iv) Radiator, Air-to-Air after cooler, pusher fan & fan drive arrangement, Gear driven water pump (v) Sensor for oil pressure, Coolant temperature & level (iv) First fill of Lube oil.(B) ALTERNATOR : Single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 100 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 0.8 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system confirming to IS/IEC 60034, brushless type, screen protected revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR.
