| 29 | Note i. The solar PV modules and solar PV cells shall comply with the domestic content requirement (DCR) as notified by the MNRE,Govt of India and as amended from time to time. The module shall also be listed in the applicable MNRE approved list of Models and manufacturers(ALMM), wherever applicable. The contractors shall submit valid documentary proof, manufacturer’s declaration, ALMM listing details, BIS certification, warranty documents and all DCR compliance certificates before supply and commissioning. Any non compliance with DCR requirements shall be treated as a material breach of contract and the material shall be rejected.ii. The contractor shall ensure complete compliance with all prevailing MNRE DCR guidelines and any amendments issued up to the date of supplyiii.
