After overhauling erecting the MOV in required orientation, Checking and restoration of manual engage lever assembly, Checking of oil seals, O-rings, gasket, checking healthiness/defect attending of limit switch/torque switch mechanism, setting of Limits, torque limits, cleaning the actuators, re-termination of Power and Control cables by glanding, checking and restoration of Manual operation, electrical operations both local and remote mode.(including consumables cotton/banian waste, rust removal spray, cleaning brush, PU Foam and necessary tools, hot air blower etc.,). |

Checking the healthiness of drive gear mechanisms, Limit switches and its gear mechanism, Torque switches, setting of limits and torque limits, ensuring freeness of all moving parts and Manual & Electrical (Both Local & Remote) operations.(including consumables cotton/banian waste, rust removal spray, cleaning brush, PU Foam and necessary tools, hot air blower etc.,) |
| 4 | Inspection and top up of lubricants in Main Gear Case & Geared Limit Switch, as required, renew grease if fully contaminated for Limitorque make High Torque MOVs (L120-85 & SMB Models) with OEM recommended grade Lubricants.
