The agency will suggest Nature and type of repairs/rectifications work suggested along with methodology, sequence and extant of repairs/ retrofitting.Vii. The agency will submit detail suggestions/measure to be carried out after the repair/rectification/retrofitting work after execution to increase the lift span of the structures in approximately number of years.Vii. Documentation and compilation of NDT data in required formatsix . SAD-Software Analysis & Design of existing buildingx. Result comparison of existing building data with the SAD detailsxi. Structure Audit Report. Vetting of report by recognized institution i.e IIT /NIT Complete report shall be made available in hard copies as well as soft copy in pendrive , all complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer -In Charge.
