Name of Work:- SITC of RECD (Retrofit Emission control device) in the DG sets of 380KVA installed Palika parking under BM-I(E) division

1Supplying, installation, testing, and commissioning of Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) on existing 380KVA diesel generator set Kriloskar make at Palika Parking , designed to reduce Particulate Matter (PM), Hydrocarbon (HC), and Carbon Monoxide (CO) emissions by at least 70%, tested over ISO 8178 D2 5-mode cycle, in accordance with latest CPCB guidelines.The RECD must be type-tested and certified for equivalent 200 kVA rating at any one of the following CPCB-recognized laboratories: a)ARAI,Puneb) ICAT, Manesarc) IOCL R&D Centre, Faridabad d)IIP, Dehradune) VRDE, AhmednagarThe RECD shall consist of:- Oxidation chamber and particulate matter trap (IS 2062 Grade B with high-temp paint)- Capturing chamber of treated mild steel- Noise attenuation system compliant with CPCB limits- Vibration dampers, gaskets, SS202 insulation shielding and cladding- MS platform and ladder (IS 2062 Grade B, painted) Installation shall be complete in all respects and as per OEM guidelines.Note: Certification from CPCB-NABL approved lab must be submitted. Make of RECD kit to be provided
